Originates from Singapore but had been living in Thailand for the last couple of years. Travel around South East Asia (SEA) shuttling to and fro my offices in most of the major cities due to work requirement. Apart from traveling around this region, at times required to travel to other parts of Asia and globally if opportunities arises.
Herein looking for friends in these areas to learn and share the wonders of these land and their people, exchange travel tips and experiences. People often have difficulty expressing their anger, and end up holding it in instead of letting it out in manageable ways. Unfortunately, suppressing your anger can ultimately contribute to health issues and increased stress.
Instead of bottling up your anger, try to figure out what is causing it. When you are angry, distinguish between the mildly annoying and the infuriating. Look at what else you are feeling when you are most angry - lack of power, guilt, or confusion may be the root. Giving is indeed more blessed than receiving because when we give acknowledge and perhaps are grateful that at least in this case we have something to give and the generosity for it. When we give generously and lovingly the love we show works its way back to us promoting in us a soothing feeling of having done something good. The tenderness we show to another works its way back in us soothing the pain inside us. The light we shine on others reflects back on us in some measure.
By giving away to someone in need we are paying back to God who has been always generous to us in everything.
